Welcome to Villa Ombrosa
Villa Ombrosa is a splendid late 18th-century villa that has belonged to our family for over two centuries. Originally it had a central body, horse stables, and a tower with a dovecote. The Villa emerged from World War I untouched and during World War II served as an inn and resting place for soldiers and partisans. Subsequently, Villa Ombrosa became the summer residence of the owners who spent most of their time in the city. In 1960, the first renovation began under Ugo and Enrica, who eventually took over the entire property and created, in addition to the main house in the former stables, 4 independent apartments, transforming it into the beautiful villa you can admire today during your stay.
While being close to Nebbiuno's center and the historic paper mill that's still operating today, the villa is situated in a secluded, cool, and quiet corner that will make you forget the surrounding world and where you can relax after your day.
